Frequently asked questions
Common B2B questions about critical minerals supply from Richfull Trading: MOQ, INCOTERMS, OECD due diligence, payment terms, lead time.
What critical minerals does Richfull Trading supply?
+
Richfull Trading supplies tungsten concentrate, spodumene (lithium) concentrate, tantalite/coltan, and beryllium-bearing material to industrial B2B buyers in electronics, energy storage, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing.
Where do you source your minerals?
+
We source primarily from Africa (Zimbabwe and the broader Southern Africa belt), with additional supply structures in Asia and Latin America. All material is purchased directly from mine-side suppliers under documented chain-of-custody.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
+
MOQ depends on the mineral. Tungsten concentrate typically starts at one 20-foot container (~25 MT). Spodumene is shipped in full vessel parcels for cost-efficient logistics. Tantalite and beryllium can be supplied in smaller air-freight lots. Contact us for grade-specific tonnage.
Do you provide OECD-aligned due diligence documentation?
+
Yes. Every shipment includes mine concession, export permit, CMRT statement on request, and full chain-of-custody from pit to port. Our documentation discipline aligns with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas.
What INCOTERMS do you offer?
+
We work flexibly under FOB, CIF, and CFR INCOTERMS, with Jebel Ali (Dubai, UAE) as our standard transit and transshipment hub. Custom INCOTERMS structures can be arranged based on buyer logistics requirements.
How is independent assay handled?
+
All material is independently assayed by SGS or an equivalent certified laboratory before shipment, with results disclosed to the buyer prior to payment. Pre-shipment and arrival re-assay protocols can be negotiated for each contract.
What payment terms do you accept?
+
Standard terms are Letter of Credit (LC) at sight or Telegraphic Transfer (TT) against documents. First-time buyers and trial shipments typically begin with LC for documentation security. Long-term contracts may include partial advance plus balance against bill of lading.
How long does a shipment take from mine to buyer?
+
From confirmed order to FOB loading is typically 30–60 days, depending on the mineral, volume, and source country. Ocean freight from Jebel Ali to major destinations (e.g., Shanghai, Rotterdam) is a standard 25–35 days. Air freight is available for small, high-value lots such as tantalite.
